Realizing the importance of the guests to be connected to their family members, friends and business associates during holidays, the hotel has taken another step in pampering our guests by offering in-house Wi-Fi connections.


Currently the Wi-Fi hotspots could be accessed in:

     •  Hotel Lobby
     •  All Convention Halls
     •  Pines Restaurant & Karaoke
     •  Ferns Restaurant

For the guests that are not carrying a wireless compatible device with them ( laptops, PDAs, smart phones, portable gaming and multimedia consoles) the hotel has also provided an Internet corner in the Lobby equipped with PC’s running on Windows Vista for internet browsing purposes.


Hotel Rosa Passadena is the very first hotel in Cameron Highlands to realize the importance of Broadband Internet Access for the guests.


The hotel implemented Cameron’s first in-house enterprise-class-product equipped hotspot, supporting all of the network standards current at the time of implementation namely 802.11 a, b g.


The hotspots extensively cover the common areas and provide seamless connections to our guests. The network name is:

The successful implementations lead to a complete Wi-Fi implementation in all of our hotels making the hotel group, the first to do so in Cameron Highlands and utterly showing our commitment in providing the best to our guest.
